Maybe you're exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix. Maybe you're holding everything together for everyone else and quietly falling apart inside. Maybe you've tried all the things — and you still don't feel like yourself.

I see you. Because I've been you.

For years I lived in survival mode— chronic stress, anxiety, and alcohol to cope. Getting sober 16 years ago was the first step, but sobriety alone didn't heal my nervous system.

Everything shifted when I found meditation, yoga, and sound healing. The first time I lay in a sound bath, my mind got quiet and my body finally exhaled. I felt, maybe for the first time, like I had come home to myself.

That experience changed everything.

I'm Nicole — certified sound healer, yoga teacher, and a woman who has walked the long road back to herself.

I am the only certified sound healer and yoga teacher in Carmel, IN with 16 years of sobriety, holding space for burned-out moms and women in recovery to escape survival mode and come home to themselves.

Sound healing is not a cure for addiction — but it is a powerful tool for regulating your nervous system. And your nervous system is the foundation of everything.

Group Sound Bath

Group Sound Bath — Join us at Fire & Flow in Carmel, IN for restorative group sound baths designed to reset the nervous system, ease tension, and leave you feeling refreshed. Lunchtime Reset: Mondays & Fridays at 12:00 PM (40 minutes) — a perfect midday recharge — and Evening Sound Journeys: select Fridays & Sundays at 6:00 PM (60 minutes) for a deeper immersive experience. Curated 1:1 Sound Healing
Experience a deeply restorative, personalized session beginning with a conversation to set your transformative intentions, followed by a guided meditation and a tailored sound journey featuring on‑ and around‑the‑body instruments and chakra balancing. This is not a typical sound bath; it’s an intimate, targeted modality that combines intention work, brain‑state shifting, and precise frequency therapy for meaningful change. Optimal results are usually felt after 3–4 sessions; each appointment runs 60–90 minutes and includes simple, supportive practices to use between visits. Message for pricing and details

Create a memorable gathering with a fully personalized wellness experience at Fire & Flow or the location of your choice. Choose from restorative or power yoga, immersive sound baths, cacao ceremonies, and reiki/energy activations to craft the perfect blend for your group. We accommodate up to 20 guests at Fire & Flow or up to 50 at an off-site venue; pricing and duration vary based on selection and travel.
